I am all about creating the space you need and deserve to breathe and dig deep. Finding the answers to your questions is not about doing more, getting more data or receiving more feedback. It's the opposite, it's about hitting the pause button and accessing the wisdom you have within.

I’m sharp, I’m driven, I’m sensitive, and I’m a glass-half-full person. I also like to laugh :)

I thrive in high performance environments. I devised and implemented strategies for Fortune 500 companies, led teams at Bain & Co, earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, joined a Tech Start-up as a founding team member, love running & time in nature, and am raising two little human beings with my husband.

I know what it means to have your confidence, independence and identity challenged. Having children was a fast track to dropping my ego. I suddenly had a daily mirror and feedback loop for tightly held beliefs and behaviors. Being a perfectionist went out of the window. Striving to be the best at everything was replaced by focusing on things that are meaningful and fulfilling. I started to work smart instead of hard. I started to trust my intuition.

I work with driven people helping them connect with their authentic selves. I get my clients to think differently and live differently so that they can be inspiring and effective leaders, build thriving companies, and be conscious partners, parents and friends.

Hello, I’m Christine…

…and, I’m Monique!

I’ll start by sharing a bit about who I was: a serial over-achiever addicted to excellence. I spent the first twenty years of my career following a prescribed notion of success: Stanford University, Harvard Business School, successful start-ups and leadership roles at Amazon, Walmart, and Meta. I led teams through the journey from launch to acquisition, brought multiple successful eCommerce sites and product lines to market, and built new practice areas within Fortune 100 Companies.

It was only at 40, when I was diagnosed with cancer, that I was forced to take a moment to wonder if any of this was what I wanted. I was suddenly confronted with the harsh reality that I had been sleepwalking through my career and following the inertia of other people’s expectations.  My illness woke me up and created the space for me to imagine a different life for myself.

During my treatment, I took the time to find what drives me. I realized the moments that made me happiest – in competitive academic environments, high-octane start-ups, or fortune 10 companies – were rooted in helping other people become the most brilliant versions of themselves. And, upon reflecting on my career with colleagues, it became clear that this was the magic ingredient that made me special… being a champion of champions. I see the potential that people sometimes don’t see within themselves and I know how to unlock it.

Amidst all of the above, first and foremost, I am a wife and mother. I understand how full life can be, and we’ll work together to develop a clear vision for your life across all of the dimensions that matter to you. I’m still addicted to excellence, but now I set the terms and I want the same for you!
